A great way to offer a child in Year 5/6 additional support to help them pass the more challenging SAT's exams.

The programme aims to coach students through the very challenging SAT's Reading paper as well as developing core skills underpinning the Maths exam.

Each week, learners are exposed to challenging texts to ensure that they are able to build their confidence in dealing with difficult words and contexts. We pay particular attention to developing the fundamental text navigation and comprehension skills alongside advanced reading skills  like inference and language analysis. We cover the full range of questions the students will face.  The sessions are an hour and a half, so that students have a chance to practise the skills, receive feedback and then close the gap based on the diagnostic comments made. The same format is followed for each Maths lesson.

All of our teachers work within "Outstanding" secondary schools at a senior or middle management level and are DBS checked. We value the importance of building positive relationships with young people in order to achieve the best outcomes and so we utilise a praise and reward system as a form of encouragement and recognition.

Limited spaces available.
